Responsibilities
- Responsible for Test Equipment Repair & Calibrations - lab assignments with broadly defined objectives. Works at bench(RTK) customer service and support assignments with broadly defined objectives.
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges, and problems within field of specialization. Solves non-routine issues, challenges, and problems within field of specialization.
- Need to have depth & basic knowledge in Test & Measuring equipments, measurements, uncertainty calculations.
- Should be well versed & experienced in handling with ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standards & accreditation audits.
- Responsible for proving the competence to calibrate signed-off models correctly and compliantly as per the documented skill Metrix.
- Leads the team of technicians at bench(RTK) to complete the regular calibration in compliance to Keysight deliverables, ensure process adherence and quality guidelines Calibration report correctness and archiving.
- Exercises good discretion in use of time and other Keysight resources, maximizes the use of existing assets, multitask effectively, Support/Solves any challenges with other stations/Technicians and ensures Keysight resources are used properly.
- Responsible to actively participate in the External and Internal Audits with respect to demonstrating Calibration activity, Estimating, and computing Measurement Uncertainty as per the pre-defined and validated procedures. Shall be a part of local accreditation audits in demonstrating the CMC as per the pre-defined Procedure.
- Calibration engineer will be responsible to actively participate in the Quality Initiative programs which includes assurance of quality of calibration results. Willingness to travel extensively in India and within Bangalore. Curiosity to learn new technologies.
- Person will be responsible to maintain internal asset as per Keysight guideline/process to maintain traceability.

- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or University Degree or equivalent in field of Electronics or electronics & communications.
- Experience in repair & calibration and maintenance of Test and measurement equipment Requires general proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures to accomplish job.
- Excellent team spirit, ability to work in an environment where the commitment to deadlines for our customers will be a priority
- Good communication skill (verbal/written/speaking)
- Expertise & experience in MS office (Excel, word, Power Point)
- Good to have Lean practitioner certified or awareness.
