- Responsible for Bench Repair and Calibration of Customer Keysight Test and Measurement instruments in timely, thorough, and professional manner
- Work with cross functional teams to address difficult repair situations, helping to return customer systems to fully functional status in the shortest time possible
- Should have experience in Digital and Power products (high end dc power supplies/ ac sources and Oscilloscopes etc)
- Solve a broad range of system problems of varying scope and complexity, involving hardware, software
- Knowledge on power electronics and electrical safety training is desirable
- Person may need to travel to customer sites for diagnosis and troubleshooting of Keysight products.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by providing shortest TAT and advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations.
- Meeting CE performance metrics like customer satisfaction, TAT, Low re-repair rates, Quality compliance, lab protocol adherence etc.
- Required to support with production data and analytics when required
- Needs to participate in ISO and Internal Keysight audits.
- Needs to train CE’s
- Engage with spare parts planning team to ensure a healthy parts supply and thereby better service TAT’s
- Participate in Projects and programs as required.

- Full time Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics/ Communications engineering with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in Afternoon shifts as required(shifts ends beyond 11PM)
- Should have strong communication skills
- Hands on experience in Excel, Power Point.
- Should have driving license and to own & know how to ride two wheeler/ 4 wheeler
- Exposure to six sigma and lean methodology desirable.
