The role of a Services Solution Architect is pivotal within Keysight's global services organization. This role is tasked with the design and implementation of effective solutions that not only meet business needs but also exceed customer expectations. This specialized role merges elements of a solution architect with multiple disciplines, such as metrology calibration and equipment maintenance specialization. 1. Develop Solutions: Create deliverable solutions that not only meet but exceed customer requirements and expectations.
2. Document Best Practices: Document technical best practices for reuse in future customer engagements, contributing to the development of standardized service offerings.
3. Maintain Documentation: Responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing procedures, processes, and documentation.
4. Research Emerging Technologies: Continually research current and emerging technologies, proposing changes where necessary.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work cross-functionally to proactively analyze current processes and practices, defining improvements in strategy, frameworks, infrastructures, tools, and solution coverage.
6. Solution Project management: Manage the solution services delivery,which include delivery planning, customer coordination, delivery resources management.

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Project manager or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical knowledge related to the product or service being offered.
• A degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
• Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in Support of Test and Measurement instruments, or of equivalent fields.
