We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications (Marcom) Representative to join our team in a Design Engineering Software organization. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing communication strategies that effectively convey the value of our products and services to our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling content.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Coordination:

    • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and industry events to showcase the company’s design engineering solutions.
    • Develop promotional materials and assist in post-event follow-ups.
  • Digital Marketing:

    • Collaborate with digital teams to enhance online presence through SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
    • Manage email marketing initiatives and nurture campaigns.
  • Brand Positioning:

    • Ensure all marketing communication efforts reinforce the company’s position as a leader in the design engineering software market.
    • Identify and promote customer success stories to highlight product impact.
  • Market Research & Insights:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
    • Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve marketing strategies.
  • Agency Management:

    • Develop engaging marketing agencies for marketing activities execution.
    • Manage vendors' work on brochures, case studies, white papers, blog posts, email campaigns, and videos, tailored for the design engineering audience.
    • Maintain a consistent tone and style aligned with the brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Development:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, and engineering) to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
    • Familiarity with the design engineering software domain is a strong advantage.
  • Skills:

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a technical audience in mind.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and design software (e.g., ADS) would be a plus.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure marketing success.
  • Other:
