In our product management team, we are looking for an Americas / European regional business development engineer for our Digital and Photonics business, owning the regional business results for our oscilloscopes, BERTs, AWGs, and photonics products. Our business development engineers have a desire to blend both technical and business knowledge in order to properly drive their business. You will focus on launching new products into your region, enabling our sales team to sell these products (through the use of content, training, and proactive communication), performing competitive analysis, communicating with our sales teams, knocking down sales barriers, developing promotions, and putting together strategic plans to grow this critical business to Keysight. We are looking for a passionate / driven person who likes working in a team environment and who wants to work at the forefront of technology. Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving business and achieving order targets for the Americas and European regions (for Digital & Photonics products)
  • Responsible for training and enabling the sales team in your regions and communicating with them regarding new products, new sales tools, etc.
  • Responsible for regional programs to help drive demand for digital products into the Americas and European regions

Qualifications
  • Bachelors, Masters Degree, or University Degree in engineering, physics, or equivalent technical field with 5+ years of experience
  • Business development experience, preferably in a technical field or the Test and Measurement industry
  • Passionate and driven individual who can be counted on by the team and who possesses a deep sense of ownership for their business
  • Self-motivated individual who wants to make an impact
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and has a team-first approach
  • Experience presenting in front of customers (preferred)
  • Experience enabling, communicating, and training a sales team (preferred)

CO Salara Range: MIN $110,740.00 - MAX $184,570.00
