Job Description

Role: Renewals Sales Specialist Manager, Japan

The RSS Manager is responsible for managing our renewals and services sales team within our Japan region. The RSS Manager requires strong leadership skills, demonstrates proven and disciplined sales methodologies, and is responsible for driving services sales for Keysight hardware and software products. The Keysight RSS team responsibilities includes new services business, sale of first year conversions (renewals), maintenance agreements, and upselling and cross-selling the Keysight services portfolio to the entire customer organization, from technicians to executives to ensure business success, timely and effective renewal of customer agreements. The RSS Manager focus will be developing and leading a successful RSS sales team, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include development and unification of various business processes, influencing long-term strategic direction, managing sales funnel activities, precision sales forecasts, and working directly with account teams, internal stakeholders, and customers to further establish Keysight as a long-term value partner.
