Project Manager Keysight Global Service Organization
The Project Manager will be part of the Keysight Global Service Organization. KGSO is a global and diverse team with a presence in over 30 countries and very close operational linkages to many functions across Keysight.
KGSO is providing Service to all Keysight Customers. This includes providing Repair and Calibration services but more and more we are working together with our customers to provide customized solutions to enable them to maximize the return on invested capital for Test and Measurement Equipment. As a part of this we are delivering customized Service Solution like Onsite Service to our customers.
The Project Manager will be part of a team who is planning and delivering this customized Solutions.
Responsibilities
Together with other Project Managers the candidate is designing, preparing and coordinating the delivery of customized Calibration Projects.
This includes:
- Planning of Campaigns: Resources, Timing, Pricing.
- Supporting Sales to prepare Statement of Work.
- Work together with the Customer and the Delivery Organization to achieve the Project Goals.
- Document/Report the progress of the Projects.
- Review the results of the Project after completion.
Back-up for other Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Project Manager with technical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- German and English language
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask
- Affinity to Project Management tasks
- Strong team player with ability to take ownership and work in a fast paced environment.
