Keysight is looking for a lead Product Manager to help us build the next generation of capabilities across our AI/ML strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our AI product portfolio. You will lead the strategy, development and execution of AI solutions that meet market need and drive business value.

The ideal candidate will offer expertise in AI/ML product management. The ideal candidate will bring a mature and refined product management toolkit including intimate familiarity with AI/ML software development methodologies, roadmap development & strategic planning, prioritization, metrics definition & data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement – the ideal candidate will be able to teach these skills to others. Prior experience working as a TPM, PM-T, or software engineer is strongly preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI-driven initiatives
  • Lead the ideation, technical development and launch of innovative AI products and solutions.
  • Take ownership of AI/ML products and solutions and lead them to success based on key metrics like usage and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales and solutions architects to meet with interested customers to help communicate the overall value and to validate product market fit
  • Focus on customer scenarios, seeking to understand customer pain points and building functionalities that offer a compelling value-proposition across broader customer base
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable roadmap, and manage the backlog by prioritizing critical features based on the business case
  • Stay informed about advancements and changes in AI/ML technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and leverage that information to steer roadmap and strategy
  • Work with marketing team to produce content for marketing collateral and updates
  • Work with the program management to prepare content for PLC checkpoints and run PLC checkpoints
  • Create and update product parts, perform pricing evaluation, and coordinate price changes in alignment with the stakeholders
  • Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Attend industry events to connect with customers, partners, and leaders in the CSG industry verticals
  • Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in product management with a focus on AI technology
  • Demonstrated technical leadership in guiding AI / ML engineers, product managers either technically or managerially.
  • Demonstrated success in leading AI product initiatives from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning and data analytics technologies
  • Extensive expertise in deep learning (DL) and statistical machine learning (ML).
  • Hands-on product management experience in AI/ML environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control.
  • Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

  • Experience with AI / machine learning applications in the communications and networks domain.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Santa Clara, CA pay range: MIN $193,840 - MAX $323,070

Santa Rosa, CA pay range: MIN $176,670 – MAX $294,440
