Overview

Keysight Technologies India, a premium Measurement global company, worldwide leader in the field of Test & Measurement is looking for Territory Manager –Sales ( preferably B.E. in Electronics and Communications ) to drive and manage sales of Keysight T&M Products and Solutions business in assigned Aerospace & Defence accounts of Hyderabad/Telengana/AP region (India).


Responsibilities
  • Achieve Keysight T&M product & solutions sales target , should collaborate closely with the key-stakeholders (including Biz Development/Solutions, Services & Software team, Channel & Solution Partners) for growing biz from assigned AD Accounts.
  • Work on Individual sales targets from the given AD a/cs and strive continuously for growing sales funnel , with sales forecasting accuracy to exceed business results regularly
  • Should be technically strong in fundamentals with ability to create, recommend, substantiate, articulate solution(s) to meet customer’s business applications/objectives.
  • Able to compare and analyze key differences in specific products and processes of competition – enabling right product positioning with the customers of AD Segment, should be able to conduct basic SWOT analysis
  • With flair for technology sales and interaction with customers, should gradually be able to identify key opportunities with various customers ( accounts) and come up with comprehensive account plan to drive growth, understands customer's business drivers, operational initiatives and measures of success and how these factors drive customer's decisions to meet their own objectives.
  • Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, resolution of customer & business issues.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of B.E./B. Tech. ( in Electronics & Communications), preferably MBA from a reputed Institute.
  • 10-15 years of relevant Sales Experiences in Test & Measurement Industry ( RF/MW, Solutions, Digital and Communication etc)
  • Enthusiastic with high energy and acumen for sales.
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective internal / external relationships gaining others’ trust and confidence
  • Must be highly collaborative in nature, able to operate with a high degree of integrity and professionalism, and have a strong passion for execution and results.
  • Analytical, detail oriented and having the ability to find solutions.
  • Demonstrate high engagement and ownership for all tasks undertaken and persist in the face of repeated challenges to accomplish desired results.
  • Customer focus and strong quality orientation.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Technically sound and eager to learn new & upcoming technologies ( flair for technology sales)
  • Able and willing to travel extensively throughout the Region/India and globally when required
