Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Intermediate-level Application Support Engineer to join our Electronics team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in electronics disciplines, which includes:
  • Experience in end-to-end Product Testing, skilled in Testing and Debugging Analog, Digital, and Mixed Signal Circuit
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Multi Meter, Signal Generator, Bench Power Supplies, Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzers, and Vector network analyzers
  • Expertise in testing S-parameter, VSWR, Gain, Spurious, Harmonic, Linearity, and Saturation of amplifier.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB board designing, Testing, and debugging the faults in the Boards
The primary responsibilities include:
  • Providing telephone, email, and remote support for the Keysight Customers on Hardware and software-related queries
  • Resolving reported product failures by taking necessary actions and escalating priority issues.
  • Assisting customers with hardware and software upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Assisting customers with licensing-related queries
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues effectively to diagnose problems, implement solutions, and create RMA requests if necessary.
  • Guide customers through the configuration of Keysight Technologies equipment to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Create opportunities for license renewals or new buyers.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams or individuals for swift resolution.
  • Writing knowledgebase articles

The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in (ECE/EEE/Instrumentation and Control Engineering or equivalent).
Soft skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Must) and should have a positive attitude and growth mindset.
