Software QA Automation Leader (Licensing)

Software is a strategic growth area for Keysight enabled by our software licensing ecosystem which includes common components integrated into Keysight products as well as the entitlement management system. As a customer-facing enterprise system, KSM is instrumental in bringing new business models and products to market while delivering an industry-leading customer experience.

We are looking for a highly capable QA automation leader to join us on our growth journey.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead licensing QA automation team in support of R&D and system enhancement projects
• Recruit and manage talent to create a high performance and effective team
• Drive process efficiency and product quality initiatives to reduce time to market while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with product management and tech leaders in the organization to create a frictionless DevOps process inclusive of test automation
• Research technology trends and invest in people development to positively impact the team's impact

• 10+ years of professional experience with increasing scope and ideally including people management or team leadership
• Ideal candidate has a technical background in test automation platforms and tools such as Jenkins, selenium, Eggplant, Protractor, Jmeter, Rest-Assured, etc.
• Software development experience with C++, C#, Python and DevOps tools including Git/Gitab, Jenkins, TFS, Jira and Confluence
• Experience working with remote teams
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent
• Prior experience with software licensing technologies and systems is highly desired
