This is the result of a holistic and engaging experience that summer interns at Jabil experience. As a result, interns that are a part of this program for summer 2026 will get to engage with members of Jabil’s leadership team and participate in events related to professional development, networking & socializing, and community engagement. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with legal research, analysis, and preparation of memoranda on a variety of legal issues, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Review, organize, and maintain legal documents, agreements, and corporate records.
- Support the contract review process by assisting with initial document review and redlining under attorney supervision.
- Participate in internal meetings with legal team members and other departments to understand business needs and legal implications.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other legal department communications.
- Help manage and organize legal department resources and databases.
- Conduct factual investigations and gather information relevant to ongoing legal matters.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the legal department.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate law, international business, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
