Job Summary:
The Quality Section Leader supports the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining Jabil's quality management system, ensuring product and process compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.

The Quality Section Leader supports the Quality Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining Jabil's quality management system, ensuring product and process compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and customer specifications.
- Support the Quality Manager in managing and resolving quality issues, including non-conformances, corrective actions (CAPA), and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits, preparing documentation, conducting follow-up activities, and ensuring audit findings are addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to identify root causes of quality problems and implement effective solutions.
- Assist in the training and development of production personnel on quality procedures, work instructions, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presenting findings to management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the qualification and monitoring of suppliers, ensuring adherence to Jabil's quality standards.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
- Contribute to the review and approval of manufacturing process documentation, including work instructions and control plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager to support overall quality objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles and experience with ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.
- Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
