Jabil is seeking a Program Manager focused on our Server line of business. This position will directly contribute to the transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure Division. As an Early Engagement Program Manager, you will drive the success of various programs within our organization by coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve overseeing the early stages of engagement, ensuring program activities align with the organization’s strategic goals and contribute towards the growth and efficiency of our operations. ***This position will be on-site at our Austin, TX.

What will you do? –

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and internal teams on the status of programs, including risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of program management principles and practices
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams, focusing on understanding challenges, proposing solutions, and ensuring feasibility
• Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies among them; drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders and eliminate roadblocks to resolve issues
• Manage program timelines, milestones, meetings, and documentation, including for sustaining programs (commodity core team, customer samples)
• Collaborate with various teams to provide support from project initiation through completion and RFP through business award
• Ensure alignment of program goals with organizational objectives and communicate opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 8-12 years of work-related experience in program or project management within an engineering environment is required
• Strong understanding of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management, is required
• Experience in analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations is required
• Knowledge of server hardware platforms and server lifecycle development is required

• Capable of assessing projects, articulating risks, and developing project milestones.
• Creative, self-motivated, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Familiar with stage-gate processes in project lifecycle management (PLCM).
