How Will You Make An Impact?
To assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts.

Location:

This role will be based on-site at the Richardson, TX facility.

What Will You Do?
· Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
· Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
· Perform defect analysis reporting.
· Perform MRB on sustained products.
· Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
· Perform line and product audits.
· Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

· Perform Out of Box Audits.

· Provide training and assistance to Quality Control Inspectors and Operators.
· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

How Will You Get Here?

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

· Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Experience:

· 0-2+ years of relevant experience.

· Experience in SMT production preferred.

· Conformal and Underfill experience preferred.
