Industrial Engineer 1: Entry-level

Industrial Engineer 2: Requires 2+ years of experience

Industrial Engineer 3: Requires 5+ years of experience

Job Summary

Supports the Industrial Engineering team in planning, designing, and improving production systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, cost control, and workflow optimization. Focuses on studying operations, evaluating workflows, and recommending methods for maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve daily quality and efficiency for assigned areas
• Design and procure tooling, equipment, and workstations
• Coordinate layout changes and workstation moves
• Prepare time estimates and analyze time study data
• Reduce changeover time through standardized setups
• Ensure preventive maintenance compliance
• Reduce machine and manual assembly scrap through data analysis and corrective actions
• Analyze workforce utilization, layouts, costs, and schedules
• Follow all safety regulations and company security procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements

• Understanding of industrial engineering tools (work measurement, process mapping, layout design, etc.)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and AutoCAD
