- Project Management
- Lead mechanical parts development from RFQ → PPAP → mass production
- Drive project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional alignment
- Manage supplier onboarding, readiness, and performance
- Engineering Collaboration
- Understand mechanical drawings, GD&T, BOM, manufacturing feasibility
- Collaborate with R&D, tooling, ME, and QA teams
- Supplier Management
- Work with machining, stamping, die‑casting, injection molding suppliers
- Evaluate supplier capability and capacity
- Support supplier root‑cause analysis and improvement actions
- Cost / Quality / Delivery
- Drive cost optimization initiatives (VA/VE)
- Ensure quality standards and PPAP documentation
- Monitor material availability and risk mitigation
- Technical Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar
- 3–7 years experience in mechanical component development or supply chain
- Strong understanding of mechanical parts processes:
- CNC machining
- Stamping
- Die casting
- Injection molding
- Surface treatments
- Project Management Skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Risk management and mitigation
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication (Fluent in Thai and English)
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
