Feladata:

• Programok tesztelése, hibakeresése és telepítése.
• Segítség a kifejlesztett alkalmazások bevezetésében.
• Hibaelhárítás során eszkalációs pontként szolgál és vezeti , segíti a hiba megoldást.
• Felügyeli , monitorozza a IT infrastruktúra terheltségét.
• Javító intézkedéseket javasol és foganatosít a társosztályok bevonásával.
• Rendszermonitoring követése, logelemzés, hibaelhárítás.
• Kapcsolatot tart a társosztályokkal és külső partnerekkel.
• Ticketing rendszer használata, a feladatok dokumentálása,felmerülő Incidens-, Problem-, Change-, Request folyamatok fejlesztési feladatai és megvalósítása.
• Részt vesz az általa koordinált rendszerhez kapcsolódó módosítási igények felmérésében.

Elvárásaink:

• Középfokú szakirányos végzettség
• 1 év releváns vagy hasonló munkakörben vagy 3 év általános IT területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Önálló munkavégzés
• Haladó számítógépes ismeretek
• Legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
• Nyitottság az új módszerek / technikák elsajátításában
• Microsoft SQL adatbázis-kezelő rendszer ismerete
• Valamilyen script nyelvben való jártasság (Preferált : Powershell)

• Windows Server operációs rendszer ismerete

• Felhő technológia ismerete
• Jó problémamegoldó és együttműködő képesség
• On-call rendszerben (ügyeleti munkavégzés) való önálló működés képessége
• Terhelés alatt is kiegyensúlyozott, profeszionális munkavégzés
