Job Summary:
As a Toolroom Technician, you will assemble complex tools and ensure they meet quality standards. You’ll work closely with the team to solve technical issues, improve processes, and support production efficiency.
What you’ll do:
Assemble complex tools (including multi-plate and double-shot tools).
Check new and repaired tools before shipping.
Troubleshoot and fix urgent tool issues during production.
Work with the team to discuss tool design and repair solutions.
Communicate tool timelines with other departments.
Train new team members on the job.
Organize and adjust assembly tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for:
Knowledge of plastics and injection molding concepts.
Familiarity with traditional machines and tool structures.
Understanding of polishing processes.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Vaš posao uključuje suradnju s timom na optimizaciji konstrukcije alata, rješavanju tehničkih problema te podršku proizvodnim procesima. Tražimo osobu s iskustvom u radu s alatima, poznavanjem procesa brizganja plastike i željom za stalnim poboljšanjem.

Sastavljanje složenih alata
Provjera novih i popravljenih alata prije isporuke.
Rješavanje hitnih problema s alatima tijekom proizvodnje.
Suradnja s timom na raspravi o dizajnu i rješenjima popravaka.
Komunikacija rokova isporuke alata s drugim odjelima.
Obuka novih članova tima na radnom mjestu.
Organizacija i prilagodba zadataka montaže.
Što tražimo:
Znanje o obradi i procesu brizganja plastike.
Poznavanje rada na strojevima i strukturi alata.
Razumijevanje procesa poliranja.
Srednja škola tehničkog usmjerenja.
Najmanje 3 godine relevantnog iskustva.
Sposobnost samostalnog rada i timske suradnje.
