Job Description

Planen und Bereitstellen aller notwendigen Unterlagen und Betriebsmittel für die Produktherstellung unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen, qualitativen und kundenorientierten Aspekte.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Erstellen und Pflegen des Artikelstammes
• Festlegen des Produktionsablaufs/Produktionsprozesses
• Bereitstellen und Optimierung der Fertigungsunterlagen
• Erstellen und Ändern der Fertigungsdokumente: Arbeitsplan und Arbeitsanweisungen (FAAS)
• Sicherstellung der Produkte-Fertigung unter den Gesichtspunkten der Funktion, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
• Planen und Beantragen der für die Produktherstellung benötigten Werkzeuge, Vorrichtungen und HIBE
• Vorschlagen von Zulieferanten bei deren Auswahl
• Projektleitung oder -mitarbeit gemäss Auftrag durch den Vorgesetzten
• Festlegen von Prozessparametern und Mitarbeit bei der Prozessvalidierung
• Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen
• Mitarbeit bei der Q-Planung
• Teilnahme an Optimierungsprojekten im Rahmen von KVP

IHR PROFIL:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung plus mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung und zusätzliche berufliche Weiterbildung (z.B. Meister, Techniker, Fachdiplom) oder Fachhochschulabschluss
• Alternativ eine technische oder mechanische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum Betriebskaufmann oder Prozessfachmann
• Lernfähigkeit
• Effizienz/Effektivität
• Flexibilität
• Teamfähigkeit
• Belastbarkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
