Feladata

• A célok, célkitűzések meghatározása és azok teljesülése érdekében együttműködik a workcell és az üzleti egység vezetőivel
• A támogatott terület értékáramának folyamatos fejlesztése érdekében, szakmai támogatás nyújtása a csapatnak, akciótervek monitorozása, Lean mérőszámok megvalósulásának nyomonkövetése, kommunikálása
• Kaizen események szervezése, megtartása; megvalósítás támogatása
• Aktív résztvevője a Lean Bronz és Silver Minősítés folyamatának, támogatja , mentorálja a képzés résztvevőit
• Aktív részvétel a Plant szintű Lean mérőszámok elérésében
• Lean stratégiai projectek vezetése
• Riportálás a Lean vezető felé
• LEAN elvek következetes alkalmazása és gyakorlatba történő átvitele

Elvárásaink

• Felsőfokú végzettség
• Szakmai ismeretek (lean alapelvek, problémamegoldó technikák ismerete, értákáram térképezés)
• Minimum 2 év szakmai tapasztalat lean mérnök vagy lean coach munkakörben
• Kiváló angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
• Kiváló problémamegoldó, kommunikációs készség , szervezői képesség
• Projektszemlélet, stratégiai gondolkodás
• LSS eszköztár,módszerek ismerete

Az elbírálásnál előnyt jelent

• Hasonló területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Folyamat mérnöki, logisztikai, minőségbiztosítási területen szerzett tapasztalat
• Rendelkezik Bronz vagy Silver Minősítéssel/ Rendelkezik Green Belt vagy Black Belt Minősítéssel
• Változás, project menedzsmentben szerzett tapasztalat
