What will your typical day look like?

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves supporting marketing operations, assessing and improving existing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

1. Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across various channels such as LinkedIn and our company CRM tool, Zoho.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to deliver campaign assets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Execute day-to-day activities for SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Collaborate with web developers/designers to optimize online presence and user experience.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance using analytics tools and recommend optimizations.
  • Help maintain the corporate website and update content as needed.

3. Event and Trade Show Management

  • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Represent the company professionally during select in-person and virtual events.
  • Assist with lead collection and follow-up campaigns post-event.

4. Content Development

  • Assist with the creation of content strategies to support lead generation, thought leadership, partner marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Draft blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Work with subject matter experts to translate technical topics into compelling content.
  • Execute on content calendars and oversee internal/external content creators.
  • Ensure content quality and relevance across all marketing channels.

5. Market Research

  • Conduct research on competitors, customer segments, and industry trends.
  • Help develop customer personas and support campaign targeting efforts.
  • Brand Management
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and materials.
  • Oversee the development of marketing assets including brochures, web content, videos, presentations, etc.

6. Team & Collaboration

  • Manage and mentor junior marketing team members or external contractors as the team grows over time.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between marketing and other departments.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You

For a candidate to be successful in this role, the key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 of them being more autonomous in driving or leading initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Zoho or like CRM, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven success in creating and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Exposure to B2B marketing with a focus in technology sectors.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., Wix CMS, WordPress).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing or related discipline.
