Data Science Analyst

We are looking for a Data Scientist with 2+ years of experience and strong analytical skills to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building data-driven solutions, working with Python for data manipulation and statistical modeling, and an interest in working with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
You will be involved in designing scalable data pipelines, developing analytical and predictive solutions, and translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain data models and analytical solutions using Python.
- Design and optimize data structures and queries in Snowflake to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Build reproducible, well-documented code following best practices.
- Contribute to data quality, governance, and reliability initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PySpark or similar).
- Experience working with SQL and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning, and data engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Familiarity with Power Apps or similar tools for building lightweight business applications.
- Experience working with end-to-end data pipelines or productionized analytics solutions.
