Laboratory Associate

We are seeking Laboratory Technician to join IQVIA Laboratories at Valencia, CA.
Job Summary:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform routine specimen analysis and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulations
- Review and evaluate analytical results and escalate irregular findings to senior laboratory staff
- Prepare buffers and solutions and support post‑analysis sample and reagent storage
- Assist with drafting and refining laboratory procedures and maintaining 6S housekeeping standards
- Communicate clearly with cross‑functional teams and report supply needs
What We Are Looking For:
- Knowledge of basic laboratory principles and Good Laboratory Practices
- Understanding of laboratory safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical handling
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and standard computer applications
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Ability to maintain accurate reporting procedures and manage workflow efficiently
- Strong collaboration skills for working with internal partners
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain quality standards

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $34,700.00 - $72,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
