Investigator Site Payment Analyst

**Working modality: full time, home based in Brazil. Sponsor-dedicated.
The Site Payments Analyst and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payments to clinical trial sites.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Payment Management – Execute the full investigator/site payment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Stakeholder Support – Act as the primary point of contact for study teams and partners regarding payment-related queries and issue resolution.
System & Data Management – Maintain purchase orders, requisitions, and payment records in CTMS and other local systems.
Compliance & Issue Resolution – Handle invoice requests, mismatches, and rectify failed payments to avoid disruptions.
Mandatory Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related.
✔1–3 years of experience (or equivalent competencies) in consulting services, digital solutions (Big Four or similar), outsourcing and optimization technologies, and/or exposure to the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research as desirable.
✔ Previous experience with clinical payment systems (CTMS, GreenFire desirable)
✔ Advanced English; Intermediate Spanish
