Overview

Under supervision this individual is also expected to support Sales, Finance, and GBO contract and proposal processes in regard to work allocation, system updates, processing budgets & contracts, document sstorage, internal budgets updates and other related tasks. ​

Responsibilities

• Work closely with GBO and Sales Teams for business needs concerning product updates in Salesforce, and general overall support.

• Process proposal budgets for product updates

• Support senior team members with special projects and troubleshooting proposal budgets.

• Run adhoc reports as needed for compliance reporting.

• Participate in departmental initiatives.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree student or fresh graduate

• 1 years’ experience in administrative or healthcare environment

• Knowledge and functions of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Advanced English (​with the ability to prepare written communications using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation)

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, GBO and Sales

• Excellent attention to detail required.

• Ability to act independently and with initiative required to resolving problems

• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
