Job Overview
Provide technical and general accounting services in accordance with IQVIA Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley rules and financial reporting requirements of the business unit (e.g. local GAAP).

Tasks and responsibilities
• Reclass posting of all Cash allocation out transactions + clearing of the CAO account + clearing on the vendor account.
• Follow-up of the prepaid accounts
• Preparing recurring entry templates
• Analyzing open amounts
• Clearings on the prepaid accounts
• Owning the general mailbox (handling questions from internal and external stakeholders)
• Preparing Supporting files (blackline) for prepaid and accrual accounts.
• Ad hoc tasks
• Posting AP templates (payroll + potential others)
• Assistance Coupa Non-Po

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Req Or
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• At least 2 years’ experience Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience Req
• Knowledge of Peoplesoft Finance modules.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Technical accounting skills.
• Data analysis and manipulation skills.
• Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
