We’re looking for a Key Account Manager who can confidently engage with all relevant hospital stakeholders You’ll be the single point of contact for hospital accounts.

Your Mission:
Adapt to a changing market by integrating and synchronizing sales efforts. Represent the company with a “one face to customer” approach and lead negotiations at the hospital management level.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive net sales growth and market share
• Manage hospital tenders, contracts, and offers
• Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
• Perform account deep dives and develop tailored strategies
• Ensure tender excellence from mapping to follow-up

What You Bring:

• University degree in science and/or business
• 3+ years of scientific sales experience in hospital business
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
