As an Inside Sales Representative who will drive sales for the business by communicating remotely with prospects and customers.In this role you will be responsible for selling Flen Health's products andservices by working closely with Territory Business Managers to increase sales. You will assist you line manager by implementing a strategic plan and working on the company's key performance indicators.

DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
•Promote Flen Health's brands and manage the sales of our products in the territory to be managed by working closely with the TBMs and KAMs
•Take ownership of the region: think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, competitor practices… to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of the LineManager
•With the guidance of the Line Manager, maintain a strategic business plan aligned with the best practices and standards
•Realise all sales activities from lead generation to new product launches and presentations, ensuring that each stakeholder receives the key sales message
•Ensure CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
•Improve data quality in the CRM system by ensuring that all data is complete and accurate
•Work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments and achieve goals together


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
•Good knowledge of the key players in the health sector and more specifically in wound and skin care
•Product knowledge
•Strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
•Be results-driven and very comfortable with numbers and market analysis
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Very good communication skills, especially on the phone and in remote meetings
•Remote and telephone sales experience
•Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM system & Showpad
