Job Overview
The Account Manager 1 is responsible for ensuring client loyalty by working with customers to ensure a successful business partnership with IQVIA. Through project management and collaboration this position is responsible for the day-to day activities in support of assigned clients with a focus on exemplary service and delivery of contracted business
Essential Functions
- Understands client’s needs, helps identify and resolve issues, builds and maintains positive client relations.
- Serves as the client’s contact for their assigned brand(s), home office, and/or business unit
- Develops and delivers client reports and reviews with Director/Account Management as appropriate
- Manages and delivers consistently on commitments and results which are based on client and management expectations
- Leads internal and external meetings
- Works cross functionally with Operations, Finance and IT department to meet client’s needs
- Works with little supervision and direction, although may be provided with incremental support based on complexity of client request
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Req
- At least 1 to 2 years of related client service/account management experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical space required
- Proficiency in Excel, word, PPT, Centris, & EFX (or the equivalent)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to work in graveyard shift
- Amenable to work in Mckinley, Taguig
