Essential Functions
• Works with customers and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
• Builds, documents, and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
• Develops and implements solution validation plans.
• Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
• Builds training materials for the implemented solutions.
• Trains customers on the implemented solutions.
• Participates in QA, UAT & production launch support related to various customer engagements.
• Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
• Collaborates with the Dev product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.
• Provides Tier 2/3 technical support for custom integrations.
• Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.
• Supports development projects based on specific instructions and with limited discretion.
• Typically requires 1 year of prior relevant experience.
• Assists with the design/development of software solutions requiring general domain knowledge and limited business expertise.
• Works at all layers of the application stack including front-end user interface and backend development.
• Troubleshoots code issues and continuously evolves IQVIA's platforms to meet user requirements/needs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements

• Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref

provide a solution.
• Basic ability to work independently, multi-tasking and manage ones time.
Skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of Dot Net, SQL Server with good exposure to database concepts and SSIS.
• Expertise in writing Stored Procedures, Cursors, Triggers, Indexes
• Good in understanding and developing complex SQLs
• Prior experience in writing complex SQL Stored procedures
• Should be good at processing data and flowcharting techniques
• An in-depth grasp of SQL reporting, analytics, and business intelligence
