Role Overview: The Digital Coordinator supports the proprietary digital platforms Purplemoon has developed and manages for clients. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, program excellence, and strategy to ensure the platforms are maintained and requests are executed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and highly organized
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor support inbox for requests to triage needs, execute the request as appropriate and close out the ticket in a timely manner
- Track project timelines specific to the digital platform, proactively monitor milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate approvals and feedback between internal and external stakeholders specific to the digital platform
- Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
- Collaborate with internal teams (account, creative, program excellence, strategy) to maintain project schedules and monitor progress
- Coordinate asset hand-offs with the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,200.00 - $105,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
