Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director, Healthcare Audit Programs to lead and coordinate internal teams and resources (clinical and administrative staff) across a variety of medical audit projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects for both public and private sector clients, including insurance providers and public institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into Accurate Country Lead, the candidate will:

  • Lead and manage the execution of medical audit projects, ensuring the project is delivered with transparency, accountability, and efficiency and in alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee the delivery of public tenders, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders including insurance providers and public healthcare institutions.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through complex project requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and ensuring the prompt resolution of process or technical issues by the accountable teams.
  • Monitor project performance against SLAs, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in healthcare insurance and claims management.
  • Proven track record in Project Management within the healthcare insurance sector.
  • Healthcare Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, insurance claims processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations and build trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity and lead cross-functional technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Contract & SLA Management: Familiarity with managing service-level agreements, vendor contracts, and public tender documentation.
  • Risk Management: Skilled in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms used in healthcare auditing and project tracking as well as with local legislation
  • Budget & Resource Management: Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and optimizing resource allocation.
