Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Admin to join our Shared Services team. This successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing emails, e-faxes, and messages with accuracy. This role includes both electronic and physical filing, as well as responding to and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct emails, e-faxes, and messages with accuracy.
- Responsible for both electronic and physical filing.
- Respond to and maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Serve as one of the primary contacts for email inquiries from clients, pharmacies, and medical professionals.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letter, faxes, and forms.
- Maintain contact list.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to dedicated teams.
- Documents information specific to the resolution and escalates unresolved issues expeditiously to the appropriate area.
- Requires the ability to recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management, as necessary.
- Responsible for inbound/outbound mailing (sorting/batching/printing/assembling/etc.).
- Responsible for identification and appropriate reporting of Adverse Events.
- Works under minimal supervision.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College Degree preferred.
- 1 year of administrative experience required.
- Currently working on an IQVIA PAAS Project preferred
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week in New Providence, NJ office) and as needed basis

The potential base pay range for this role is $18.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
