We are hiring a Key Account Manager (Business Access Manager) to work dedicated to one of our leading biopharmaceutical clients, supporting the expansion of their biosimilar portfolio across Austria.

As a Key Account Manager, you will represent our client in the field, driving commercial success within your assigned region. You will engage with key hospital stakeholders to promote biosimilar products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support informed prescribing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital pharmacists, clinicians, and procurement teams.
  • Position our client as a trusted and knowledgeable partner in the biosimilars and biologics space.
  • Gather and report market intelligence and customer insights.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to market share growth in alignment with strategic objectives.

Your Profile:

  • 3 years plus proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally with high-cost or specialty medicines in hospital settings.
  • Background in biosimilars or therapeutic areas such as Rare Diseases, Hematology, Nephrology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopedics, or Rheumatology.
  • Degree in Life Sciences or a related field; additional qualifications in Business Administration or Health Economics are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German is essential; English proficiency is required.
  • Willingness travel regularly across Austria estimated at 70%.
  • Valid driving license.
