Inside Sales Representative – Ireland
Location: Remote (Ireland-based)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team, with a focus on virtual engagement within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is ideal for a candidate based in Ireland who brings proven experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales and a solid understanding of the Health Service Executive (HSE).

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, particularly those with low engagement scores. You will play a key role in lead conversion, customer support, and market development through proactive outreach and virtual engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts through regular virtual outreach.
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries, providing expert guidance on products and services.
  • Qualify and convert leads, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and coordinate handovers to field sales where appropriate.
  • Support customer-initiated study cases, guiding them through trial processes and providing ongoing assistance.
  • Identify and engage new customer segments to expand market presence, including targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within CRM systems to support efficient sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in virtual pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system, particularly the HSE.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets, including 12 documented calls per day and timely lead follow-up.
