Responsibilities:


o Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
o Identify and prioritize additional data elements required for more granular reporting and analytics.
o Identify and prioritize additional data transformations required to support reporting and analytics.
· Data Requirements and Solutions:
o Analyze current data availability and identify gaps in data needed to meet business reporting requirements.
o Identify data sources for the additional fields and establish a process for capturing and validating the data.
· Data Integration and Quality:
o Work with stakeholders to ensure that business data aligns with corporate objectives and governance standards.
o Define and document the necessary transformations required to combine business unit data with enterprise-level data in the EDP.
· Technical Collaboration:
o Serve as a technical liaison between the business unit and the IT/data engineering teams, facilitating the development of solutions that meet the business unit’s data and reporting requirements.
o Conduct technical solution demos and establish feedback loops with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and address evolving needs.
· Continuous Improvement:
o Work proactively to identify opportunities for process and data improvements that enhance downstream reporting and analytics performance.
o Monitor technology trends and innovations to propose solutions that could benefit the overall solution.
· Data Pipeline Development:
o Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines to ingest data from various sources into the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
o Assist in the development of scalable processes to ensure efficient data flow and integration for the US/Canada business.
o Define data transformations, ensuring that business unit data integrates seamlessly with broader enterprise financial and operational data.
o Leverage GenAI capabilities in the development of data transformations and the optimization of queries.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, or business relationship management, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, OLAP) and familiarity with database management systems.
· Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes.
· Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and project management methodologies.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience supporting large business units in data strategy and reporting.
· Knowledge of financial data and analytics.
· Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies.
· Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA), Data Engineering, or Business Relationship Management (e.g., BRMP) is a plus.
