Our team is currently seeking a Client Delivery Director, who will be responsible for overseeing technology implementation projects for IQVIA’s Compliance, Safety, and Regulatory products on a global scale. The Client Delivery Director will play a key part in ensuring satisfactory, quality delivery on client engagements, and will serve as a cross-functional leader, interacting with various internal and external team members to achieve success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Client Delivery Director will lead 60-80 technology implementation projects on average per year, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation for our clients.
- Serves as a cross-functional project leader, ensuring overall client satisfaction and delivery quality on engagements.
- Fosters long-term client relationships by leading impactful conversations that align with client goals and continue to add value through IQVIA solutions.
- Provides in-depth knowledge and expertise on IQVIA Compliance, Safety, and Regulatory products to assist clients in implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Manages client expectations across product capabilities, team deliverables, and hosting environments, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of ad-hoc requests.
- Leads a team of project managers, overseeing end-to-end project execution, tracking progress against timelines and successful delivery of key milestones.
- Ensures project team alignment with timelines, scope, and SLA compliance.
- Leads initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, and ensures sustainable change through continuous improvement methodologies.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to project team, cultivating a high-performing team culture and supporting individual career growth.
- Follows all established company procedures and industry guidelines to ensure consistent, compliant operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technology implementation and project management, life sciences or healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and team leadership capabilities, with a focus on building cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Understanding of Life Sciences industry, including quality, regulatory, and safety compliance standards is preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience managing concurrent projects on a global scale.
- Ability to handle complex client engagements, resolving challenges through innovative solutions.
- Prior people management experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with IQVIA data assets, technology products, and other core offerings is preferred, but not required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $181,400.00 - $336,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
