Job Overview:

The Finance and Invoice Processing Specialist is responsible for coding and posting investigator fees and other project-related invoices and expenses. This role involves processing invoices, supporting audits, handling project queries, and managing disk bill journals.

Main Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing:

  • Process investigator fee invoices using CTMS/FreshDesk.
  • Revise journal entries in Peoplesoft Finance, including VAT codes, alternate accounts, and descriptions.
  • Scan invoices for FreshDesk.

• Audit Support:

  • Provide requested documents for statutory, VAT, and internal audits.

• Project Support:

  • Address and resolve project-related queries.

• Disk bill Journals:

  • Manage disk bill journals for expenses such as fuel and car rentals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Previous experience in invoice processing and financial journal management.
  • Familiarity with CTMS, FreshDesk, and Peoplesoft Finance systems.

• Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting audits.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and coding.
