Wir suchen eine leidenschaftliche und talentierte Persönlichkeit als Application Specialist / Technischer Support (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• IT-Support für eine Vielzahl von Produkten und Plattformen.
• Durchführung vielfältiger IT-Support-Aktivitäten in Multi-Plattform-Umgebungen.
• Analyse und Bewertung von Störungen und deren Behebung im Bereich Systembetrieb und Netzwerke.
• Entwicklung von Lösungen für komplexe Probleme mit minimaler oder keiner Unterstützung durch Vorgesetzte.
• Organisation und Priorisierung der Arbeitslast innerhalb des Teams.
• Vertretung der Teamleitung bei Bedarf.

Qualifikationen:

• Bevorzugt abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-nahen Bereich.
• Drei (3) Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung erforderlich.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Plattformen: UNIX, Windows.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
• Fähigkeit, neue Prozesse und Anwendungen schnell zu erlernen und dieses Wissen weiterzugeben.
• Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden auf allen Unternehmensebenen sowie mit Kunden.
• Proaktive Identifikation komplexer Probleme und Entwicklung geeigneter Lösungen und Empfehlungen.

We are looking for a passionate and talented Application Specialist / Technical Support (m/f/d) to complement our dedicated team.

Your tasks:

• Provides information technology support across a range of products and platforms.
• Provides a broad range of information technology support activities on multi-platform environments.
• Reviews, analyses, and evaluates break/fix resolutions regarding different systems operations and networking activity.
• Develops solutions to complex problems with little or no intervention from immediate manager or team leader.
• Organizes and sets priorities of workload within group.
• Substitutes for the manager as requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer-related field preferred Req
• Three (3) years of related experience Req
• Working knowledge on the following platforms: UNIX, Windows
• Experience in working with relational databases: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical skills, a customer service orientation, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and applications and to provide this knowledge to others.
• Ability to deal with employees at all levels within the company and customer location.
• Ability to proactively identify complex problems and needs and develop solutions/recommendations to solve problems.
