We focus on listening to and understanding HCPs and patients as individuals and people. We operate across multiple international markets for international pharmaceutical companies, Biotechs and Public Health bodies. Our team is dedicated to exploring and measuring the behaviours and perspectives of Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and patients using various behavioural frameworks to deliver actionable insights and delivering clear answers to our clients’ business questions. We support the entire product lifecycle for pharmaceutical therapies, medical devices and technologies. Leveraging our connected intelligence, we regularly use IQVIA data to contextualise our research and collaborate with other IQVIA teams to provide our clients with comprehensive solutions to their business issues.

As part of the EMEA Integrated Research team, you will engage in projects spanning the drug development lifecycle, from input into clinical trials to supporting product launch and commercialisation. The Role
The Analyst role involves a wide range of activities and responsibilities, from secondary research, client management support, quantitative and qualitative primary market research to the integration of IQVIA assets into consulting solutions.
The postholder supports more senior members of the team in interacting with clients and the broader project team once projects have been won, to ensure successful management of the project through to presentation of the results to the client. It is expected that the postholder will have a strong attention to detail to ensure that projects run smoothly and are delivered efficiently to meet client needs. Having a logical mindset and strong, clear communication skills are critical for this role. You would also be expected to use (and champion) innovative AI tools to deliver work more effectively.
The candidate will be excited about designing and running innovative market research, to better understand the reactions and behaviours of HCPs and patients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing market research engagements, including supporting the design of the methodology, sample plan, survey materials, discussion guides and other research tools
- Using relevant IQVIA data assets to add context to projects
- Managing end-to-end consulting and primary market research projects including coordination of critical elements to the project, such as fieldwork, programming and desk research, as well as leading on ensuring compliance with IQVIA and industry standards
- Preparing and analysing secondary data, desk research and market research results to identify key findings and trends, translating findings to stories and conclusions and helping generate strategic recommendations for our clients
- Creating impactful reports and presentations for end client; attend, support and present at client meetings
Who You Are
- Soon to be, or recent, University graduate with a strong interest or track record or exposure to consulting and/or market research
- Demonstrable interest in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry, with a passion for helping patients live longer and happier lives
- Analytical: you are skilled in interpreting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data from various sources
- Storyteller: you can spot patterns and transform these into conclusions and narrative suitable for a wide range of audiences
- Problem solver and logical thinker: you can independently manage your time and overcome individual challenges, as well as operate effectively in a team environment, anticipating and solving group challenges effectively
- Passionate learner: you strive to challenge yourself and want to grow your knowledge and expertise in market research, consulting and the healthcare industry
- Interested in leveraging technology, especially AI to elevate processes and enhance outcomes/ insights
- Fluent written and spoken business and conversational English
- IT literacy and proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
