Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to lead and expand our business growth initiatives in Egypt, with a strong focus on the healthcare and government sectors. The ideal candidate will have a consulting background, preferably from a top-tier consulting firm, and a solid understanding of the regional landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development and sales activities within Egypt, focusing on healthcare and public sector opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business leads, partnerships, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and key stakeholders.
• Manage existing client accounts and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pitch decks, and tailored solutions.
• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting or business development, ideally equivalent consulting firm.
• Experience working with or within government and public sector clients in Egypt is highly preferred.
• Strong healthcare industry knowledge is a plus.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of client/account management and sales achievement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong professional network within Egypt, especially in healthcare and government sectors.
