We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Germany, where you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for key roles including Medical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Medical Science Liaisons, Senior Medical Directors Patient Access and Patient Support roles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for pharmaceutical industry roles.
- Provide comprehensive staffing support, expertise, and advice to management and operational teams.
- Build, manage, and regularly evaluate applicant pools.
- Assess, track, and report on key metrics such as time to hire, cost to hire, and diversity of hires to identify trends and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline staffing procedures.
- Evaluate contracts and relationships with external vendors.
- Collaborate with managers to develop detailed recruiting strategy documents, confirming job duties, responsibilities, and business needs.
- Provide training to line management on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as needed.
- Assist with managing projects related to country-specific legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures, and compliance.
- Maintain data to improve policies and practices; recommend and implement enhancements to support a diverse workforce.
- Comply with local and regional hiring guidelines and procedures, particularly for applicant tracking.
- Stay informed about market trends and demands impacting the company’s ability to attract competitive candidates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 4 years of experience within a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience.
- Experience in active sourcing and managing talent pools.
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry and recruiting Medical Sales Representatives, Medical Science Liaison and related roles.
- Extensive knowledge of country-specific legislation in the recruitment process.
- Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills.
- Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lead projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
- Native German speaker with excellent English skills.
