We are looking for a talented and motivated candidate for Junior Analyst position to join our Management Consulting team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses
Build models, reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Run independent desktop research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
Support team of Consultants and/or responsible for project delivery
Participate in client meetings
Requirements
Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering
Analytical mindset: Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
Experience and skills in working in Excel & PowerPoint
Proficiency in English and Bulgarian
Can-do attitude, willingness to step out of comfort zone and learn quickly
Strong interpersonal skills and contribution to good team spirit
Good communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry will be considered as an advantage
