Senior Brand Manager

About the Company:

Ceuta, an IQVIA Company, is looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand success! Join our team as a Senior Brand Manager and lead the charge in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies!

About the Role:

Extensive experience in consumer packaged goods, especially in grocery and/or pharmacy trade sectors. Proven track record in Health & Beauty or OTC products, navigating highly regulated markets. Strong understanding of marketing channels, including media and distribution. Ability to forecast, produce marketing plans, and create compelling client presentations. Skilled in data analysis and financial reporting using Excel. Proficient in creating professional presentations with PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage responsibilities independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing plans.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis.
• Oversee advertising, media, point of sale, and packaging design.
• Collaborate with National Account Managers and sales teams.
• Provide updates on brand performance and budgetary expenditures.
• Ensure supply chain continuity by liaising with logistics and other departments.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience in consumer packaged goods, preferably in Health & Beauty or OTC sectors. Recognized Marketing qualification (e.g., CIM); a Marketing degree is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis, presentations, and reporting.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong understanding of marketing channels and data analysis.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Health & Beauty or OTC products. Ability to create professional presentations with PowerPoint.
