Job Profile Summary: The Payment Associate is responsible for processing clinical trial payments and provding best-in-class customer service to Global CTP team in support of global study payments.

Responsibilities: • Approval of investigator clinical trial payment recommendations based upon grant funding
• Process investigator clinical trial payments and deliver these payments to domestic and international research sites
• Troubleshoot system issues with IT when errors occur
• Assist Senior Payment Processor with Tracker and Ticket volume where appropriate
• Provide customer support with investigator sites on outstanding checks, inclusive of SOC 1 Control report
• Provide customer support to the Payment organization as needed to resolve payment issues
• Provide payment support to the global payment services team
• Other duties as assigned

Experience: Typically requires 0 - 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Knowledge: Requires knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area, typically obtained through advanced education.

Education: Associates Degree - Businesss, or Equivalent preferred.
