Are you a highly motivated, commercially driven individual? We’re seeking someone like you to join our regional Adriatic and Baltic team of Account Specialists. As an Account Specialist, you’ll be the concierge for customers in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, specifically focusing on our information offering and analytic services line and in addition you will be responsible for 1st line client support and sales administrative tasks.

This is a hybrid role with expected 2-3 days work from the office (Zagreb).

MAJOR JOB DUTIES:

• Retain year-over-year revenue for assigned renewal business and accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities and strategically respond to client needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client teams.
• Cultivate loyalty and build strong relationships with client teams.
• Demonstrate expertise in our data offerings.
• Lead presentations for client teams and support senior-level presentations.
• Assist the Country Sales Lead with new business contracting and contract administration.
• Clearly communicate client needs and expectations to development teams.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans.
• Analyze results data and provide meaningful insights to clients.

• Ability to support multiple teams and assignments=> Excellent organizational abilities and sound judgment.

• Analytical skills and project work experience.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in the pharma industry.
• Good command of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• University degree.
• Driver’s license is an advantage.
