IQVIA Switzerland is responsible to serve all swiss-based Clients across their international footprint, delivering solutions for both Global and European operations head offices, as well as for the local market of their Swiss affiliates.

By joining as Project Coordinator, Marketing Services you will have the opportunity to work under the direct report of the Swiss Solution Sales team based in Switzerland, supporting our Swiss-based clients (pharma- and medical device companies, agencies, associations and patient organization) in their implementation of direct marketing activities, and in their communication with healthcare professionals.

Your tasks

• Support customers from the pharma, medtech, and life science industry in
  the implementation of their direct marketing activities

• Receive and process customer enquiries

• Create and follow up proposals

• Select and prepare address data from the OneKey database

• Coordinate and execute print-, fax- and e-mail campaigns

• Coordinate with external printing shops, agencies and with the internal Center of Excellence

• Maintain and develop our Marketing Services landing page

• Create and dispatch our Marketing Services Newsletter

• Support with internal marketing and sales initiatives

• Collaborate in internal projects and across the line of business

Your profile

• Commercial or administrative background, ideally completed with a further education in Marketing

• 1-3 years of working experience in a related field

• Efficient, structured, autonomous, and reliable individual, able to handle pression

• Very strong analytical capabilities, clear and structured communication style

• Exceptional client- and service-driven behavior

• German mother tongue preferred, minimum requirement C1 level (verbal & written)

• Other languages: high level of English is required, French is of advantage

• Motivation in handling of data

• Very good knowledge of the MS-Office Suite, in particular Excel

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is of advantage

• Knowledge and first experience in the life sciences industry and/or direct marketing, and programmatic advertising is of advantage
