Summary:

The Sr Manager eCommerce will manage and be responsible to owning all facets of, our digital shelf, include branding, messaging and demand generation ultimately driving sales conversion for Instant Brands Appliances. What will you do?

  • Might lead a small team
  • Collaborate with Business Unit and Marketing to develop best in class ecommerce content and retailer specific digital media plans
  • Track POS and promotional activities to understand ROI and optimize spend to drive conversion
  • Manage overall eCommerce business to drive ecommerce team and corporate goals, (i.e., portfolio management, traffic/conversion optimization, and strategy maintenance via P&L-based decision making)
  • Responsible for executing retail search tactics to drive traffic and sales conversion
  • Transfer strategy into execution; ideally has experience in a Customer Development or Marketing role, with proven ability to project manage and influence multiple stakeholders
  • Create an evolving eCommerce-ready portfolio as a beacon of growth while increasing Instant Brands and retailer profitability
  • Create a tailored design for eCommerce recommendations and solutions back to the larger marketing organization
  • Own retailor reporting and performance tracking

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field (Master’s Degree welcomed)
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience across eCommerce channel/account management experience
  • Experience in using Amazon vendor central etc.
  • Strong business and analytical acumen
  • Proven track record of growing online sales and marketing through managing product assortment, enhanced content, media and product ratings and reviews on a major online retailer
  • Knowledge of technical setup activities for eCommerce platforms
  • Experience working with major online platforms required
  • Deep understanding of POS analytics, promotional analytics, and content management
  • Proven experience leveraging a consumer brand to generate rapid online growth
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
