How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Lead the technical delivery strategy, ensuring adherence to project scopes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement to delivery and transition operations.
- Collaborate with Central Delivery Services to forecast project resource demand and capacity.
- Evaluate and communicate changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements effectively.
- Support pre-sales efforts by optimizing costs for service offerings and non-blueprint solutions.
- Facilitate collaboration among technical teams to drive innovation and solve complex challenges.
- Provide mentorship to project teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivery aligns with domain scope, quality standards, and key revenue milestones.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Technical Project Management and services/care delivery
- Excellent knowledge of Mobile Core Products (One-NDS/SDL, HLR, HSS, EIR, MNP, AAA & CSD)
- Proficient in software development, integration services, CI/CD, and automation frameworks
- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Japanese
- Experience in cost control and budgeting
- Adaptability to new technologies, tools, and evolving client requirements
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating with development teams
- Understanding of DevOps practices and blueprints
- Experience working in a matrix organization with virtual, multi-cultural teams
